Preview: generate a PDF version of certificate, without the certificate number. You may use this link to show a certificate preview to the shipyard, check the page layout, etc.
Import:
copy an existing product folder to the current one (you must type the
certificate number of the folder to import). The Import link is not displayed
as long as the certification has not been assigned to a centre and a surveyor.
For example: you signed a certificate for this same product yesterday,
you can copy its data (characteristics, tasks…), instead of making a whole
folder again.
Draft: a secondary web page displays the whole content of the product folder. You may print this draft version and for example:
transmit it to the surveyor at yard (if he does not have an access to VeriSTAR NB);
take it with you to the manufacturer’s, as a checklist of things to do.
Certificate list: list of certificates and reports for the product.
Submit for Sig.: request the signature to be made by another BVN surveyor. (In the next screen, select a surveyor in the popup window reference list, then save).

Completed/ Not Completed: set the product folder status:
once the certificate has been signed, and no other certificate is required for this product, use the Completed link to set the product folder to Done.

Assign Center: assign the BVN centre in charge of current product folder
