BVN

• Desktop click in your Favorite Projects or the Assigned projects block click in the BVN Project View click "Assign Centre" in the action bar

• Desktop click in your NDC block click "Assign Centre" in the action bar

• Desktop click in your Favorite Projects or the Assigned projects block click in the BVN Project View click the Design Review tab click "Assign LPO" in the Product Design Review section.

• Desktop click in your NDC block click the Design Review tab click "Assign LPO" in the Product Design Review section.

PM

• Desktop click Search project click click the Tree tab click to extend the system/ product item click the name of the BVN intervention click "Assign Center"

LPO

• Desktop click in your Favorite Projects block (for project IDs starting with the initials "PDR") click "Assign Centre" in the action bar

SAY

• Desktop click Search project click click "Product Certification" in the action bar click in the BVN Project View click "Assign Centre" in the action bar

This screen enables BVN and LPO surveyors to assign a BV centre to a job (design review, product certification...).

You need to assign a centre in the following cases:

• Product certification (BVN centre assignment): a certificate holding the "Created" status needs to be attributed to a BVN centre that will be in charge of the certification and sign the certificate.

• Design review (LPO centre assignment):

• as the LPO surveyor who has created a PDR (status "Created"), you should assign your own centre to it.

• as the BVN surveyor receiving drawings from a manufacturer, you should create a PDR to register them within VeriSTAR New Building, then designate a LPO centre to be in charge of this equipment design review.

1. Click to choose a centre to be in charge of PDR, from the popup window reference list.

The Assigned Centre field is already filled out with the BV centre corresponding to the Manufacturer. In the VeriSTAR NB database, each manufacturer is associated to a BV centre, according to a geographical criterion, but you may designated any other centre.

2. Click to validate the centre assignment:

• in case of a BVN centre assignment, the Product tab is displayed again and updated with the (new) centre in charge.

• in case of a LPO centre assignment (PDR context):

• The PDR Product tab is displayed with the name of the centre on the "Assigned LPO Centre" line.

• The PDR is displayed in the designated LPO centre’s Todos.

Click to leave the assignment form without saving.
