"Todo" in the action bar click the Product
design rev. tab
This window displays a list of Product Design Review (PDR) assigned to your centre, as long as they are not "Done".
You are meant to view all the PDR's:
you have created;
relating to project/ subfiles you have been assigned to, as a LPO expert, if the PDR has the status "Surveyor assigned";
relating to project/ subfiles you have included in your Todo setup, if the PDR has the status "Centre assigned".
As every list page, this page holds up to 20 records; if the list has more than 20 records, it is divided into several pages, that you can consult using the navigation pane. For more information about the use of the navigation pane, see Use lists.
Screen data
Project ID: project identifier.
Sub file: specific project activity. For example: Hull.
Status: the status of a PDR project can be:
Centre assigned: a LPO centre has been assigned for the product certification.
Surveyor assigned: a surveyor has been assigned, in the designated LPO centre, for the product certification.

Assign surveyor: choose a surveyor to be in charge of PDR. Note that a surveyor can only be assigned if the LPO centre has been assigned.
Reject: reject the PDR if you consider you are not the person to be in charge of it. The PDR will be re-assigned to another center/ surveyor by the BVN in charge of assignment.
Done set the final status of PDR when the design review is over.

In the screen tabs
Dropped drawings: view the list of drawings submitted by shipyard.
Reports in progress: view the list of reports in progress.
