This screen is a list of all the drawings submitted by the shipyard via VeriSTAR NB, for the projects/ subfiles your LPO centre is in charge of.
A dropped drawing is to be either registered or rejected: use the global actions of this screen to:
set OK drawings to "To be registered";
reject drawings that may be wrong or dropped several times.
You are meant to view all the dropped drawings relating to project/ subfiles:
you have been assigned to, as a LPO profile;
displayed in your Favorite Projects block;
you have included in your Todo
setup.

A drawing can be rejected and/ or set to "To be registered" by LPO experts and LPO managers belonging to the centre in charge of the project/ subfile in question. |
Each dropped drawing is displayed on a line, preceded by a check
box, meant to select one or several drawing(s) to apply the global
action (To be registered status and/ or Rejection)
Screen data
Project/Subfile: project identifier and name of activity
Drawing number: number of the drawing (all revisions of a drawing have the same drawing number).
Revision: revision number
Revision Date: date the drawing was revised before resent to LPO.
Title: drawing title (all revisions of a drawing have the same drawing title)
CAD File: link to electronic original file, if any.
Format: format of drawing file (A0, A1, A2, A3, A4...)
Scale: drawing scale.

In the drawing list
Set valid drawings to the
status "To be registered": select one or more drawing(s) using
the check boxes in the table and click 
: the selected drawings
are now ready to be registered.
Reject wrong drawings:
select one or more drawing(s) using the check boxes in the table and click
: the selected drawings are no longer displayed in the
list.

Todo setup: modify your Todo criteria.
In the screen tabs
Reports in progress: view the list of reports in progress.
Product design rev.: consult the list of PDR projects assigned to your centre.
