This page holds a list of reports to be submitted to the person in charge of report validation.
This list displays two types of reports:
Draft: report that has been created and needs to be completed
To be validated: the report
is done, and on hold for validation.
Validated reports are not displayed on this screen because they are considered done. From this screen, you can view, edit, download a report, and change its status.
You are meant to view all the reports in progress:
you have created;
relating to project/ subfiles displayed in your Favorite Projects block;
relating to project/ subfiles you have included in your Todo setup.
As every list page, this page holds up to 20 records; if the list has more than 20 records, it is divided into several pages, that you can consult using the navigation pane. For more information about the use of the navigation pane, see Use lists.
Screen data
Project: project identifier
Content: report label
Date: date of report creation
Recipient: person designated to receive report
File: link to RTF report file.

In the reports list
Click to
open or download the RTF report file.
Click to
display the Report view.
Click Modify status to set a new status for the report (draft/ to be validated/ validated). The status can be modified by the creator of report, the recipient administrative, or the LPO manager.
In the action bar
Todo setup: modify your Todo criteria.
In the screen tabs
Dropped drawings: view the list of drawings submitted by shipyard.
Product design rev.: consult the list of PDR projects assigned to your centre.
