Many VeriSTAR NB screens display records lists: list of projects, drawings, interventions, comments...
Use the navigation pane
If the list is very long, only the first 20 records are displayed on
one page. To consult the next records, use the navigation pane on top
and bottom of the list:
To consult the records of a
specific page: type the page number in the text field and click 
or press Enter.
To navigate from page to page,
use the navigation arrows: 
(previous page) and 
(next page).
To consult page 1 or page 2, click the corresponding page number.

If the list spreads out on too many pages, think of refining your search or doing a search. |
List sorting
Generally, lists are sorted according to the column order: the field displayed in the first column of a table is the active sorting.
If the column title is underlined, you may sort on that column by clicking the title.
Display the detail of a record
To have access to the detail of a list record, click the 
icon displayed on the right of every line.
Sometimes, a record detail item may have an attached document; in that
case, click the
icon to open it.
There may also be action links on each line of the list.
