In this window you can consult general information on a report and modify it. You can also modify and/ or add recipients to a report.
The page is laid out in two section:
the General section displays the report data
the Recipients section displays the list of person designated to receive report.
Screen data
Document name: title of report (used within VeriSTAR NB but does not appear on the report sheet)
Document type: the type mostly defines the page layout:
LIST: the report contains the list of drawings making up the report, followed by a list of comments (if any), separated by a page break.
SURVEY: drawings and comments (if any) are displayed on the same page: one page is dedicated to each drawing.
Person in charge of approval: user name of manager (centre or activity manager) designated to validate report.
Attached file: file name of report RTF document.
Recipient's information: displays the first letter of user login, as well as his whole last name.
Screen features
In the General section
Edit: report modification form, where you can only modify: the person in charge of approval, the attached file and the report status (Draft - To be validated - Validated)
In the Recipients section
Add someone: choose a user from the popup window, in order to add a person designated to receive the report: the recipient will be added to the list.
Delete: remove user from the recipients list.
