This page is a report modification form, although all fields are not editable, and enables to change the report status.
Complete report data:
Document Name: title of report (read-only field).
Document Type: this field is read-only and mostly defines the page layout:
LIST: the report contains the list of drawings making up the report, followed by a list of comments (if any), separated by a page break.
SURVEY: drawings and comments (if any) are displayed on the same page: one page is dedicated to each drawing.
Person
in charge of approval: click to choose a manager
(centre or activity manager) in the popup reference list.
Attached
file: click to choose another report RTF file.
Save modifications or change report status:
Click to
save report modification.
Click if
you are done with your report modifications and you wish to submit it
to there person in charge of approval: the report will get the "To
be validated" status.
Click if
you are the person in charge of the report validation: the report will
get the "Validated" status.
Click to
leave the report modification screen without saving.
