Assign surveyor

BVN

• Desktop click in your Favorite Projects or the Assigned projects block click in the BVN Project View click "Assign Surveyor" in the action bar

• Desktop click in your NDC block click "Assign Surveyor" in the action bar

LPO

• Desktop click "Todo" click the Product design rev. tab click click "Assign Surveyor" in the PDR list

• Desktop click in your Favorite Projects block (for project IDs starting with the initials "PDR") click "Assign Surveyor" in the action bar

SAY

• Desktop click Search project click click "Product Certification" in the action bar click in the BVN Project View click "Assign Surveyor" in the action bar

This screen enables BVN and LPO surveyors to assign a BV surveyor to a job (design review, product certification...).

You need to assign a surveyor in the following cases:

• Product certification (BVN surveyor assignment): a certificate holding the "Centre Assigned" status needs to be attributed to a BVN surveyor who will be in charge of the certification and sign the certificate.

• Design review (LPO surveyor assignment): as a LPO surveyor belonging to the LPO centre in charge (the PDR appears in your Todo); you may designate a surveyor to be in charge of the PDR.

In certain cases of a BVN certification, certificates are automatically set to "Surveyor assigned":

• when a surveyor creates a Non Located product;

• when a surveyor duplicates a product in the project tree.

1. Click to choose a surveyor from the popup window reference list.

2. Click to validate the surveyor assignment:

• in case of a BVN surveyor assignment, the Product tab is displayed again and updated with the (new) surveyor in charge.

• in case of a LPO surveyor assignment (PDR context):

• the PDR Product tab is displayed with the name of the surveyor on the "Surveyor" line.

• the PDR status is updated in the Todo Product design rev. tab
