BVN

• Desktop click in the Favorite Projects block select Display by "Tree" in the drop-down menu.

• Desktop click in the Assigned Projects block select Display by "Tree" in the drop-down menu.

• Desktop click in the Favorite Projects block click a link in the Location column of the product list

• Desktop click in the Assigned Projects block click a link in the Location column of the product list
   

LPO & SAY

• Desktop click Search project click click "Product Certification"  in the action bar select Display by "Tree" in the drop-down menu

• Desktop click Search project click click "Product Certification"  in the action bar click a link in the Location column of the product list

This tab displays the BVN view of the project tree.

The project tree is made of:

• the unit structure: tree structure of unit’s systems and products,

• the list of BVN interventions necessary for systems and products (product certifications)

Items of the unit structure are represented with icons:

Click the symbols and to unfold/ fold up a tree node.

• Click the name of a tree item (system/ product/ BVN intervention) to consult its detail:

• System/ product (/) : Detail of a located element

• BVN inspection (): Detail of a BVN intervention (product folder) : Product tab

• Right-click an intervention and select "Duplicate": the project tree is updated with the new product you have just created, by duplication.
   

• In the red & white action bar

• Export excel file: generate a file with the non assigned products, so that the yard can send back a list of manufacturers for those products.

A dialog box is displayed, asking you what to do with the generated Excel file:

• either open the file to print it;

• or download it to your computer: in the second dialog box, choose a folder to download the file, and save it.

• Print: open an HTML page in a secondary window, with the full list of certificates and a printable page layout (then, use the Print function of your browser to print that page).

• Set view criteria: save filter criteria to customize your BVN Project View.

• "Display by" drop-down menu: change the sorting options. Changing the display will modify the first column of the table and the information displayed in the list.

Choose the type of display and click to display the list of products by:

• Centre

• Product (default display)

• Manufacturer

• Purchaser

• Certificate

• Tree

• Progress Client

• Progress Product

• In the blue action bar

• Non located products: access to the list of products that are not located in the project tree

• Search Certificates: certificates detailed search form

• Search Products: equipment search form

• Search Comments: comments detailed search form
