Desktop in the Favorite Projects block, click (Go to drawings) click "Search comments" in the action bar
Desktop click click the Dwg./Comments tab click "Search comments" in the action bar.

This page holds a detailed form you can complete to search for comments.

A comment search only applies to one project: you cannot search for comments in several projects at once.

Complete the search form, using one or several criteria, among the following:

Subject: allows you to perform the search on a word that is part of the comment title.
Status: select one or several status (one check box per status):

Pending (default checked): submitted comment,
Answered: answered comment,
Cleared: solved comment,
Cleared - transmitted to Certificate: comment is considered solved in VeriSTAR NB but has not been solved for real: thus the comment will appear on certificate as a tip or a note, in order to make sure the problem will be solved before the ship is in service.
Cleared - transmitted to NRS: comment is considered solved in VeriSTAR NB, but a document will be delivered to the Ship in Service department, who is in charge of the periodic visits on the ship. The NS department will be able to follow up remarks on this document.

You may not search among Draft comments, because they have not been submitted yet and may be modified by their author.

Type: select one or several types of comments (one check box per type):

To be re-submitted (default checked): an answer from shipyard or manufacturer is necessary, because comment is very important.
To be corrected (all): the Surveyor at Yard must make sure the issued remarks are taken into consideration and applied at yard.
To be corrected / Low priority: search among comments To be corrected, which priority has been set to Low
To be corrected / High priority: search among comments To be corrected, which priority has been set to High.

Creation date: set a creation period by entering a starting and an ending date (type or use calendar). The search will be performed among comments that have been created within the specified period of time.

The bounding dates (starting and ending date) are included in the search.
If one bounding date is not indicated, the search will be performed on all comments created after the starting date and before the ending date.

To be cleared by: allows you to search by solvers (one check box per solver): BVN/ LPO/ PM/ SAY. All solvers are default checked.
Created by: type the user name of the person who has emitted the comment(s) you are looking for.

Click to launch the search: the result list is displayed on the SAY Comments list, with a navigation pane and a link to comment detail.
