This page holds a detailed form to be completed in order to search for certificates.

The search is performed on the exact characters typed in the fields. However, for the project ID field, the search will return all project ID's starting with the characters you have typed in the field. For example: typing N in the project ID field would return all project ID's starting with the letter N, whereas typing N in the Item number field would only return an item number called "N". |
Complete the search form, using one or several criteria, among the following:
Certificate number: generated on signature of certificate, according to the following nomenclature:
sequence number : job number
BV centre's initials (e.g. PRS for Paris)
year number (e.g. 03 for 2003)
revision index
Project ID: if you have navigated through a project before getting to the search screen, this field is not displayed; as a result the search will only be performed on this project's certificates.
Certificate Status:
Created: created within VeriSTAR New Building: a product folder exists.
Centre assigned: search for all certificates assigned to BV centres.
Surveyor assigned: search for all certificates assigned to BV surveyors.
To be validated: search for certificates submitted for validation to another surveyor.
To be signed: search for certificates submitted for signature to another BV centre.
Rejected: search for rejected certificates (not validated).
Validated: search for certificates that have been validated by another surveyor and are waiting to be signed.
Signed: search for issued certificates.
Cancelled: search for certificates that have been issued but are now cancelled (for example if they are not correct).
Done: this status is about the product folder (certificate signed)
Filed (only for BV Mode 1): search for certificates archived by Mode 1 clients after signature.
BV Centre: check the appropriate check box(es) among the centres displayed here, in order to search for certificates assigned to these centres.
Manufacturer:

Purchaser:

Item number: secondary certificate reference, supplied by the client, and linked to the Purchase Order.
Marking: physical stamp marked on the product itself (as a proof of certification): the marking number contains the first three parts of the certificate number (sequence number/ centre's initials/ year number) plus an eventual precision on the testing.
Date: set a creation period by entering a starting and an ending date (type or use calendar). The search will be performed among certificates that have been created within the specified period of time.
