This screen is the result list of certificates, displayed after a certificate search. From this list, you can consult the detail of each certificate through the product folder.
As every list page, this page holds up to 20 records; if the list has more than 20 records, it is divided into several pages, that you can consult using the navigation pane. For more information about the use of the navigation pane, see Use lists.
The project context is reminded in the context bar if you have search certificates within a project.
The list is sorted by descending order of creation date.
Screen data
Type:
CE: European Community certificate
Inspection Certificate: BV traditional certification
Inspection Report: temporary certificate (will finally get the Inspection Certificate type)
3.1.C.: those certificates have 3 specific fields displayed in the Characteristics/ Tasks tab.
Certificate number:
for Signed and Cancelled certificates, this column provides the certificate number (created on signature of certificate)
for any other statuses, this column displays the certificate status (Centre assigned, Surveyor assigned...).
Date: creation date of certificate.
Product: generic product relating to the certificate.
Project Id: if you have launched your search within the context of a project, this column is not displayed.
Manufacturer: manufacturer of the product to be certified + link to contact details popup window.
BV centre: centre in charge of certification.

list: click to open the
product folder.
In the navigation pane: navigate through the pages of the list (if more than 20 records). For more information on the navigation pane, see Use lists.
