Use the Pending comments tab

SAY

• Desktop click in the Favorite Projects block click the Pending comments tab

BVN & LPO

• Desktop click the Project ID click "Survey at yard" in the action bar click the Pending comments tab

• Desktop click Search project click in the result list click "Survey at yard" in the action bar click the Pending comments tab
   

This window holds the list of comments created by any user involved in the project, and which have not been solved yet (Pending status)

Screen data

• Ref: comment reference (system calculated)

• Other Ref: reference of own personal filing system

• Type: the possible values are:

• Note: the comment is only submitted for information

• To be corrected: SAY must make sure the corrections are taken into consideration and applied.

• To be re-submitted: an answer is necessary, because comment is very important

• Subject: title of comment, displayed as a link to the comment detail (see below)

• Referenced item: element (product, survey, drawing or project) which the comment is attached to.

• Status: Pending (only submitted) or Answered.

• Response date: date the answer was recorded within the system.

Screen features

• In the list

• Click the comment's Subject to display the comment detail.

• If the Referenced item is a product or a survey, click its link to display the item detail.

• Detail of a product inspection (product folder)

• Detail of a survey at yard

• In the red & white action bar

• Solve memos: multiple comments solving: several comments of the list can be solved with the same motive.

• Print comments: generate a Word document (RTF format) containing the detailed list of comments.
  A dialog box is displayed, asking you what to do with the generated RTF file:

• either open the file to print it,

• or download it to your computer: in the second dialog box, choose a folder to download the file, and save it.

• In the blue action bar

• Display Interventions Status: search for interventions with criteria

• Search Surveys: surveys detailed search form

• Search Comments: comments detailed search form

• Print Progress Report: generate progress reports on surveys

• In the screen tabs

• Tree: SAY view of the unit structure

• Kick-off meeting: list of meeting reports

• Yard documents: list of documents the Shipyard must transmit (also called Documents checklist)

• BV documents: list of documents to be provided by BV to the shipyard (mostly ships certificates)
