Survey detail

SAY

• Desktop click in the Favorite Projects block extend the appropriate system/ product in the Tree right-click an intervention and select "List Survey(s)" click

• Desktop click in the Favorite Projects block click "Search Surveys" in the action bar complete search criteria and click Search click

BVN & LPO

• Desktop click the Project ID click "Survey at yard" in the action bar extend the appropriate system/ product in the Tree right-click an intervention and select "List Survey(s)" click

• Desktop click Search project click in the result list click "Survey at yard" in the action bar extend the appropriate system/ product in the Tree right-click an intervention and select "List Survey(s)" click

This page displays the whole of information relative to a SAY survey. It holds 2 sections:

• Detail of Survey: contains information data about the current survey

• History: survey history in terms of status

Detail of Survey section

• Survey Creation Date: date the survey was recorded to VeriSTAR New Building

• Survey Date: date the survey was carried out.

• Survey Item: item on which the survey is carried out

• Location: link to survey location in the Project tree

• Status: 3 possible statuses:

• Completed: "Done" survey

• Created: survey that has just been registered;

• In Progress: not completed survey.

• Text: details on survey (explanations…)

• Attachment: link to file attached to the survey (e.g. picture of product)

• Surveyor: name of the surveyor who carried out the survey.

• Validated by: name of user who has validated the survey.

• Validation cancelled by: name of user who has cancelled the survey.

• Comments: comment(s) associated to the survey

The list of comments displays the following information, laid out in lines, without showing the label of the fields.

• Comment subject: title of comment, displayed as a link; click the comment object to display the comment detail.

• Creation date: date comment was created.

• Comment status: the comment may be:

• Draft: created and still editable

• Pending: submitted and no longer editable (visible to shipyard)

• Answered: by shipyard

• Cleared: solved

History section

• Creation Date: date the survey was recorded to VeriSTAR New Building

• Survey Date: date the survey was carried out.

• Survey Item: item on which the survey is carried out

• Status: Created - Not completed - Completed: each line should have a different status since this section show the evolution of the survey statuses.

• Surveyor: name of the surveyor who carried out the survey.

Screen features

• In the Detail of Survey section

• Click the link on the Location line, to display the Project tree with a focus on the corresponding item

• Click the links on the Comments subsection to display each comment detail.

• In the red & white action bar

• Edit: modify the survey information. This action displays the Survey edit page.

• Complete/ Cancel completion: modify the survey status into Complete or Not completed.

• Add comment: create a comment on the survey.

• View location: display the Project tree, with a focus on the corresponding tree item.

• Delete: you cannot delete a survey if:

• Non solved comments remain for the survey

or

• The survey has been completed.

• Tasks: display the tasks associated to the survey (retrieved from intervention).
