SAY
To add a survey:
Desktop 
click
in the Favorite Projects
block extend the appropriate system/ product in the Tree
right-click an intervention in the Tree and select "New
Survey"
To modify a survey:
Desktop click
in the Favorite Projects
block extend the appropriate system/ product in the Tree
right-click the appropriate intervention in the Tree
and select "List Survey(s)" click click "Edit" in the action bar
Desktop click
in the Favorite Projects
block click "Search Surveys" in the action bar
complete search criteria and click the Search button click click "Edit" in the action bar
BVN & LPO
To add a survey:
Desktop click the Project ID click 
"Survey
at yard" in the action bar extend the appropriate
system/ product in the Tree right-click an intervention
and select "New Survey"
To modify a survey:
Desktop click
the Project ID click "Survey at yard"
in the action bar extend the appropriate system/ product
in the Tree right-click an intervention and select "List
Survey(s)" click click
"Edit" in the action bar
In this window, you may create or modify a SAY survey.
In VeriSTAR NB, surveys are recorded once they have started, or once they have been carried out (in case of short surveys).
Complete survey data:
Survey Creation Date: date the survey was recorded to VeriSTAR New Building

This field is automatically filled out with the current day's date, and is read-only. |
Survey Date: forecasted day of survey (type or use calendar)
Survey Item: item on which the survey should be carried out
Status: select a status from the drop-down menu:
Completed: "Done" survey;
Created: survey that has just been registered;
In Progress: not completed survey.
Text: type the details on the survey (explanations…)
Attachment:
if you wish to attach a document to the survey (e.g. picture of product),
click 
to open the attach-document popup window and select
the file.
Surveyor:
automatically filled in with your user name, but you may need to choose
another surveyor. Click to select the surveyor to carried
out the survey, from the popup window reference list.
Click 
to validate
the survey creation/ modification, or 
to leave it.
