This screen displays a list of surveys corresponding either to a located intervention, or to your search criteria. You may consult the detail of each survey.
As every list page, this page holds up to 20 records; if the list has more than 20 records, it is divided into several pages, that you can consult using the navigation pane. For more information about the use of the navigation pane, see Use lists.
The list is sorted by ascending class, then survey date.
Screen data
Survey Date: date the survey was carried out.
Creation Date: date the survey was recorded to VeriSTAR New Building
Survey Item: item on which the survey is carried out
Location: link to survey location in the Project tree
Status: 3 possible statuses:
Completed: "Done" survey
Created: survey that has just been registered;
In Progress: not completed survey.
In this list, the 
icon
is displayed facing the surveys containing at least one pending comment.
Screen features
In the list of surveys:
Click to
get to the survey detail page.
Click the link in the Location column, to display the Project tree with a focus on the corresponding intervention.
In the red & white action bar
New survey: register a new survey for the current intervention.
Download off-line form for surveys: Download a form to work off-line on a survey at yard.
In the navigation pane: navigate through the pages of the list (if more than 20 records). For more information on the navigation pane, see Use lists.
In the blue action bar
Display Interventions Status: search for interventions with criteria
Search Surveys: surveys detailed search form
Search Comments: comments detailed search form
Print Progress Report: generate progress reports on surveys
