This tab presents the list of design progress reports generated for the current project.
Screen data
Name: title of report (as used within VeriSTAR NB but the name does not appear on the report sheet).
Report type: the type mostly defines the page layout:
List: the report contains the list of drawings making up the report, followed by a list of comments (if any), separated by a page break, if requested.
Survey: drawings and comments (if any) are displayed on the same page: one page is dedicated to each drawing.
Created by: user name of person who has generated the report
Creation date: date of report generation.
Status: a report can be:
Draft: default status of a report; a draft report is editable.
To be validated: the report is no more editable and is ready to be submitted to the person in charge of approval.
Validated: report has been validated by the person in charge of approval.
The status can be modified in the screen "Todo
- Reports in progress" by the creator of report, the recipient
administrative, or the LPO manager.
Approbator name: user name of person who has validated the report.
Approval date: date the report was validated.
File: link to RTF report file.

Click to
open or download (save to your computer) the RTF report file.
Click to
consult the report detail screen.
In the action bar
Create New Report: get to the report creation form.
In the screen tabs
General: general information about project/ subfile.
Dwg./Comments: list of drawings and comments for every subfile of current project.
Checklist: list of categories for every subfile of current project.
