This tab holds general information and statistics about a project/ subfile: identification information, drawings, comments, centres in charge...
The project context (ID and name) is reminded in the context bar displayed on the page heading.
Screen data
Project secondary name: displayed if relevant. A second project name might be necessary in certain cases. For example, if project had a temporary name during construction and now has a final permanent name: the temporary name should be registered in this field.
Leader ship: leader ship project number, retrieved from the Request for Class in Genesis. A leader ship is more expensive to the owner than her sister ships.
Drawings:
Expected: number of expected drawings.
Left: number of submitted drawings.
In progress for review: number of registered drawings, that have been submitted for review.
For information: number of drawings that have been submitted for information (mostly for Offshore)
For comment: number of drawings that have been submitted for comment (mostly for Offshore)
Reviewed: number of reviewed drawings
Total:
total number of drawings for this project/ subfile.
Comments:
To be re-submitted - Pending: number of non answered comments that involve a revision of drawing. A pending comment to be re-submitted can be solved by LPO.
To be re-submitted - Solved: number of comments involving a drawing revision, and that have been solved because a new revision or a relevant answer was sent by shipyard.
To be corrected - Pending: number of non answered comments that do not involve a revision but need to be considered by shipyard (to be checked by SAY). A pending comment to be corrected can be solved by LPO and SAY.
To be corrected - Solved: number of solved comments that do not involve a revision but need to be considered by shipyard (to be checked by SAY).
Note:
number of comments emitted as remarks, to point out a rather simple problem.
Centres in charge: list of centres in charge of current project/ subfile. There can be several centres for one activity (subfile).

Click Modify to add and/ or modify centres in charge: the "Centres in charge" page is displayed.
In the screen tabs
Dwg./Comments: list of drawings and comments for every subfile of current project.
Checklist: list of categories for every subfile of current project.
Reports: list of reports for current project.
