page, click "Report" in the action bar.
This window allows you to create and print a progress report, in the RTF format (editable). This procedure is spread across three pages.
Complete the form the first page, using the following fields
Document Name: title of report.
Document type: the type mostly defines the page layout:
LIST: the report contains the list of drawings making up the report, followed by a list of comments (if any), separated by a page break.
SURVEY: drawings and comments (if any) are displayed on the same page: one page is dedicated to each drawing.
Person
in charge of approval: click to choose a manager
(centre or activity manager) in the popup reference list.
Based on selection: use this option only if you have come to this page by clicking the "Report" link in the Drawing list (in this case, the radio button is pre-selected): the report will be generated with the drawings displayed in the drawing list.

If you choose this option, ignore the next three fields and
click Continue at the bottom of
the form. |
No
selection: if you have come to this page by clicking "Create
New Report" in the Reports tab, you must specify which drawings are
to include in the report (as opposed to the "Based on selection"
option). To do so, use the next two fields to select drawings.
Subfile:
choose one or several subfile(s) containing the drawings you wish to include
in the report, by checking the corresponding check boxes.
Status: select the status of drawings to be included in report:
With approval status: only include stamped drawings.
All: include all drawings
of the selected subfiles.
Click to go
to the second page, or
to go back to the previous page without
saving (Report tab or the Drawing list, depending on where you have come
from).
Complete the Option form, by choosing a status:
Active: include only pending and answered comments.
Active & Solve: include all comments (pending, answered and cleared)
Click to go to the third page,
or
to go back to the Report tab or the Drawing list (depending
on where you have come from).
The last page displays read-only general information about the report, in the following fields:
Document name: title of report.
Document type: List or Survey
Person
in charge of approval: displayed if you have completed this field
on the first page.
Click to validate report creation
and generate the RTF file (this may take a few seconds): a dialog box
is displayed, asking you what to do with this file:
either open the file;
or download it to your computer: in the second dialog box, choose a folder to download the file, and save it.
Once the report created, click to go back
to the Report tab or the Drawing
list, or use the navigation bar: this action does not cancel the report
creation: you can check the new report has been created, by consulting
the Report tab.
On the other hand, if you wish to cancel the report creation and go back
to the Report tab or the Drawing
list, click .
