Item: name of intervention
Location: link to Project tree, with a focus on the corresponding intervention
Severity: level of importance of intervention:
Holding point: concerns the blocking interventions, which the Surveyor must attend;
Witness point: the intervention is recommended but not mandatory;
Review of document: the surveyor only has to read the documents sent by shipyard.
Multiplicity: theoretical number of interventions to carry out
Example: Block inspection of a ship (a ship is divided into several blocks); in that case, the multiplicity defines the number of blocks to be inspected.

Origin of intervention:
Selected: automatically generated on project creation.
Added: manually added by Project Manager (Leader).
Applicability:
Applicable: to be carried out within the certification process.
Non applicable: provided by the system but irrelevant (not necessary), so manually set to "Not applicable" by Project Manager (Leader)
State of intervention:
Done/ Undone: work on the intervention is over or still in progress

In the Detail of Intervention
Click the link on the Location line, to display the Project tree with a focus on the corresponding item
In the red & white action bar
Edit: modify the severity and multiplicity of the intervention. This action displays the Intervention edit page.
Activate/ Deactivate: set automatically generated interventions (selected) to "Applicable" or "Not applicable" (since a "selected" intervention may not be deleted).

For "Added" interventions, a "Delete" link is available |
Done/ Undone: allows SAY surveyor to change the state of the intervention. This action may also be performed from the project tree, in the general project view.
Surveys List: access to the list of surveys registered for this located intervention
New survey: register a new survey for this intervention.
Characteristics: displays the characteristics of the intervention
Tasks: displays the tasks associated to the intervention

Display Interventions Status: search for interventions with criteria
Search Surveys: surveys detailed search form
Search Comments: comments detailed search form
Print Progress Report: generate progress reports on surveys
