Desktop click "Answered comments" in the menu
bar.
SAY:
Desktop click "ToDos" in the action bar.
This screen displays a list of comments that have been answered but not solved yet. It is to be considered as a Todo page, because this is your responsibility to handle the comments displayed here.
You are meant to view all comments:
that are your own ones;
issued by a person who belong to your centre;
relating to projects you have designated as favourites;
relating to projects you are managing.
Each answered comment is displayed on a line, followed by a set of action links.
Screen data
Project: name of project
Subfile: specific project activity (for LPO profiles only)
Ref: comment reference (system calculated)
Other Ref: non calculated reference of the comment
Subject: comment title, displayed as a link (see below).
Type:
To be corrected: the Surveyor at Yard must make sure the issued remarks are taken into consideration and applied at yard.
To be re-submitted: an answer from shipyard or manufacturer is necessary, because comment is very important.
Referenced item: name of the element (drawing, product inspection, survey at yard...) with which the comment is associated.
Status: since you are viewing the Answered comments tab, the only possible value of this field is "Answered".
Response date: date the comment was answered.
Screen features
In the screen tabs
Comments list: view list of comments you have to handle (Pending and Answered).
Draft comments: view list of draft comments you have to handle.
In the comment list
Click the comment's subject to view the comment detail.
Click "Solve" to display the comment resolution screen and clear the comment.
Click "Remove"
to discard comment from the list: the Comment
detail page is displayed.
To put removed comment back into the tab, click "Add to Todos"
in the comment detail page (comment must still be unsolved).

When removing a comment from the list, the removal is applied to the
todos list of every profile involved in the project. |

Removing a comment from your Responses tab does not mean deleting it; you only remove the link to the comment detail, as well as the comment resolution task. |
