This window enables to associate a kind of drawing review for the current product folder:
either specify a type approval;
or specify/ create a PDR, where you will register equipment drawings to be reviewed.
Screen data and use
You should use this screen in 2 ways:
If the equipment design review is requested case by case, use the Product Design Review section:
Use the radio buttons to select a PDR to associate to the product folder. The list displays all the PDRs existing for this generic product and this manufacturer. For each PDR, you visualize:
Project ID: identifier of PDR (code starting with the letters PDR)
Project Name: real name of PDR
Client Designation: client designation of the product to certify
Status: 5 possible statuses:
Created: the PDR has been created within VeriSTAR New Building, but the review has not started yet.
Centre assigned: a LPO centre has been assigned to this PDR to perform the design review
Surveyor assigned: a Surveyor has been assigned to this PDR
In progress: the product design review has started for this equipment
Done:
the design review has been completed by LPO.

If the PDR has not been registered in VeriSTAR NB, or if you know about an existing outside reference, you may indicate it using the field "Not in the system - Ref": check the radio button and type the reference in the text field. |

If the list of PDRs is empty, it means that no PDR exists for this generic product and manufacturer. You may create a PDR using the "New Design Review" action link (see below) |

If the design review can be based on the product conception, use the Type approval section:
Use the radio buttons to select a type approval to associate to the product folder. The list displays the type approvals existing for this product and this manufacturer. For each type approval, you visualize:
Reference: type approval identifier
Alias:
Status: Created, Submitted, In Progress, Completed, Checked or Validated
Validated on: date the TYPEC was signed.
Validity: date of TYPEC expiration

Product: general information on the product
Characteristics/Tasks: characteristics and tasks retrieved from generic product and manually added
Continuation: additional information that will not appear on the first page of the certificate but may be useful
Milestones: list of main steps of product certification
Comments: list of comments on product folder
Invoice: detail of invoice corresponding to the product folder
