SAY

• Desktop click in the Favorite Projects block click the Yard documents tab click

BVN & LPO

• Desktop click the Project ID click "Survey at yard" in the action bar click the Yard documents tab click

• Desktop click Search project click in the result list click "Survey at yard" in the action bar click the Yard documents  tab click

This page holds the whole of information relating to a document received from shipyard.

Screen data

• Document requested: document type

• Status: 2 possible statuses:

• Received

• Received with comment: document received, but not valid

• Reference: document reference

• Subject: name of document

• Receiving the: date of document reception

• Text: precision or important information on the document

• File: link to the attached document file.
  If this field has been completed on registration of document, the icon is displayed to let you open the file.

Screen features

• In the red & white action bar

• Delete: delete the received document from the list of requested documents.
