Edit project data

• Desktop click the Project ID in the Favorite Projects block click "Edit" in the action bar

• Desktop click Search project click in the project result list click "Edit" in the action bar

In this window, you modify the project's general data.

1. Complete project data

• Project identifier - Creation date - Project Type: those fields are read-only; you may not modify this data.

• Project name: type a commercial name for the project

• Since: enter the date of ship construction (if project was created before VeriSTAR NB exists). You may either type the date in the field or use the calendar tool .

• Secondary name: alternative project name

• Marine manager: inactive field if project is not NC.

• Project manager: read-only (the Project Manager (Leader) may not be modified).

• BV centre: click to open the popup window reference list and choose the centre which the Project Manager (Leader) belongs to.

• Starting date: date of project creation (type or use calendar)

• End of project: provisional date of  project ending (type or use calendar). For NC projects, this date corresponds to the delivery date.

• Project description: type a short description of project (4000 characters maximum) in the multi-line text field.

• Rule Type: from the drop-down menu, select an international rule for which BV has been delegated by a country to control ship conformity.

• Contract reference: use the text field to type the terms of the contract between the client and BV (e.g. Request for Classification).

• Other reference documentation: type any other additional references describing the scope of BV intervention.

• Contract organization: type the detailed organization chart, defining "who is doing what".

• Reporting (type of document, periodicity...): type the form of certificate to be issued, the form of report, the periodicity of report...

• Invoicing: type the name of the person designated to be invoiced (Manufacturer, Purchaser...).

• Special instruction: type any additional information in the multi-line text field.

2. Click to validate the project data modification, or to leave it without saving.
   The Project data tab is displayed again and updated with the information you have modified.
