This screen enables to register a BVN report to VeriSTAR New Building.
You may attach a report that you have yourself created, but you may as well generate a default report provided by the application (see Use the Certificates list > Generate template). In that case:
generate a default report first;
complete the report with the appropriate additional data;
finally register the report to VNB, as described below.

Title: report designation
Reference: report reference
Date:
type today's date in the text field or click 
to use calendar
Author:
the field is automatically filled in with your name, but is editable.
Click 
to open the popup window reference list and select
an author.
Attached
file: click to open the attach-document popup window
and select the appropriate report file (either the default report file
you have generated and completed or your own report file)

to validate
the report registration, or 
to leave it.
The Certificates list is displayed again with its Report section updated.
