This page enables to modify the description of product.
Modify generic product data:
Product Description: BV designation of product
Certificate quantity/ unit: type a quantity in the text field and select a value from the drop-down menu.

The "Quantity" must be filled in before signing the certificate. |
Remarks/List of enclosures: type any supporting information that must go with the certificate but are not part of it (e.g. remarks about material tests performed by manufacturer).
Last inspection date: input the date the equipment was last inspected (type or use calendar).

Marking: type the physical stamp marked on the product itself (as a proof of certification). The marking number contains
the first 3 parts of the certificate number (sequence number/ centre's initials/ year number)
an eventual precision on the testing.
Assigned
surveyor: name of surveyor assigned to the product certification.
This field is automatically filled in according to the workflow (you may
not modify this information).
Click
