"Modify criteria" in the Non
Dedicated Certification block
This personalization form enables to choose the filter criteria that will determinate which products to display in the Non Dedicated Certification block of your Desktop.
Chose the appropriate criteria, according to your needs
Status:
Created: certificates created within VeriSTAR New Building (a product folder exists).
Centre assigned: certificates assigned to BV centres.
Surveyor assigned: certificates assigned to BV surveyors.
To be validated: certificates submitted for validation to another surveyor.
To be signed: certificates submitted for signature to another BV centre.
Rejected: rejected certificates (not validated).
Validated:certificates that have been validated by another surveyor and are waiting to be signed.
Signed: issued certificates.
Cancelled: certificates that have been issued but are now cancelled (for example if they are not correct).
Done: this status is about the product folder (certificate signed)
Filed (only for BV Mode 1): archive the certificate once it has been signed.
Date: include the certificates that have been issued within a specific period of time.
BV centre: check the BV centres in charge of the products you wish to include in the list
My
Certificates: include only the certifications you have been assigned
to.
Choose the appropriate saving action:
: save your
new filter criteria
: save your
criteria and set them as default parameters (they will be saved for your
next connections).
: reload your
default saved criteria
: leave the
criteria modification without saving
In any case, your BVN Desktop is displayed again (and updated if new criteria have been saved).
