Customize your SAY Tree

SAY

• Desktop click in the Favorite Projects block click "Set view criteria".

LPO & BVN

• Desktop click the Project ID click "Survey at yard" in the action bar

• Desktop click Search project click in the result list click "Survey at yard" in the action bar click "Set view criteria".
   

This personalization form enables to chose the filter criteria that will determinate which interventions to display in your SAY project tree.

1. Chose the appropriate criteria, according to your needs

• Additional class:

• Statutory:

• Status criteria: check the status(es) of the surveys to display in the tree:

• All: click All to select the 3 statuses at once

• Completed: display "Done" surveys

• Created: display surveys that are not completed

• In Progress: display "Done" surveys

• Surveyor: display surveys carried out by one particular surveyor (use the drop-down to select the surveyor)  
   

2. Click to validate your new filter criteria, or to leave the criteria modification without saving.

The SAY Project Tree is displayed again (and updated if new criteria have been saved).
