Add a kick-off meeting

SAY

• Desktop click in the Favorite Projects block click the Kick-off meeting tab click "Add Meeting" in the action bar

BVN & LPO

• Desktop click the Project ID click "Survey at yard" in the action bar click the Kick-off meeting tab click "Add Meeting" in the action bar

• Desktop click Search project click in the result list click "Survey at yard" in the action bar click the Kick-off meeting tab click "Add Meeting" in the action bar

This window enables to register a meeting report. The kick-off meeting is dedicated to the project’s description and launching.

1. Complete report data:

• Meeting date: type an forecasted date in the text field or click to use the calendar tool.

• Text: type the description of the meeting, and any important information

• Kick-off meeting file: click to open the attach-document popup window and select the report file.

2. Click to validate the meeting report registration, or to leave it.

The Kick-off meeting tab is displayed again and updated.
