tab click "Edit" in the action bar
This screen enables the Project Manager (Leader) to modify certain information on milestones. The list of milestones is displayed.
Modify milestone data:
Milestone: designation of milestone. This field is read-only
Applicability: set the milestones to Applicable (yes) or Non Applicable (no), using the radio buttons.
For example, if a product design review is not requested, the corresponding milestones may be put to Non applicable.
Expected
date: type an expected date or click 
to use calendar.
Actual
date: type the actual date of milestone or click to use calendar.
Click 
to validate
the milestones modification, or 
to leave it.
The Milestones tab is displayed again and updated.
